The MVPers inception story

Hold my mouse, i only need my keyboard

That's how it all started... a bold statement after hearing an idea for a digital product. Little was i aware, that this will mark the beginning of a new direction of what initially was just a small dev shop agency called Ingenium Systems. The idea then transformed into reaching out to a network of trusted and talented developers that i knew were driven to solve problems and viewed challenges like David saw Goliath.

Lo and behold a few moons later Kulth is dev complete entering pilot stage soon, our team battle tested in what we believe to be the bread and butter of MVP development a.k.a. SPEED.

Challenges is what we live for

At the core of any team, there has to be a common flame that lights up the sky and drives people forward. It was clear from the start that a good challenge is what brings the MVPers together. No matter how crazy the idea sounds chances are we'll make it work -- somehow. I mean if Elon Musk made a reusable rocket what's from stoping us building the next grand digital product.

Clear communication

When time is of the essence there is no room for politics and games. What needs to get done will get done, and in order to do so clear communication is crucial for success. We have encouraged communication within the team and between departments ( if you've never seen a developer pixel perfecting a ui, you'll see one in the MVPers team ).

Commitment

Is enthusiasm alone enough to keep someone going for ages? Well no, at least that's what we think, hence we care more about discipline and welcome enthusiasm with open arms but don't rely on that to move forward. We plan, we execute we deliver.

Transparency

There is a thin line between clear communication and transparency and we believe that honesty is the way to go when it comes to transparency. Tell us what you want and we will honestly tell you what we can deliver.

Aren't we just a software development agency?

It would be unfair to say that we are not. We are, we specialize in developing MVPs, the bread and butter of any digital product. Even though our business model is an agency model one, we are small enough to matter and early enough to care, treating each and every project with the same enthusiasm as you.
